Mr. Hicks is a Vice President of Investment Performance Services, LLC responsible for client relationships and marketing efforts in the Mid Atlantic region. Mr. Hicks works on all aspects of client funds including investment policy formulation, asset allocation strategies, performance monitoring, and manager searches. His manager search responsibilities focus on growth equity managers.  

Mr. Hicks joined IPS in 2009 as a Consultant and Vice President. Before joining IPS, Mr. Hicks was Vice President of Ambassador Partners, LLC, a financial services company. His responsibilities included full marketing and client service duties in their asset management division, as well as a sales role in their broker/dealer division. Prior to Ambassador, Mr. Hicks served as Vice President of PENN Capital Management, Inc, an asset management company. His responsibilities included marketing/client service efforts in the Mid Atlantic and Southeast regions. In addition, Mr. Hicks served on the compliance and operations committees.

Mr. Hicks received his B.S. from Syracuse University.
