Ms. Lynes joined Investment Performance Services, LLC in the fall of 1989.  Ms. Lynes began her career at IPS as an account analyst.  She was promoted to Manager of the Report Production Department and to Vice President in 2002.  Prior to joining IPS, Ms. Lynes was employed as a business and accounting manager.
