Mr. Whitmore joined Investment Performance Services, LLC in 1997 as the Controller.  In 1998 he was promoted to Vice President, to Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President in 2005 .  Prior to joining IPS, Mr. Whitmore was employed with Kemira Water Treatment, Inc where he served as Vice President and Controller for 7 years.  Mr. Whitmore earned a B.A. degree in 1976 from Kean University, Union, New Jersey.
