Ms. Tuttle joined Investment Performance Services, LLC in the fall of 1989. Initially, she undertook the responsibilities of an account analyst. She was promoted to Manager, Report Production Department in 1991 and to Vice President in 1999. She became Senior Vice President and Principal in 2002. Prior to joining IPS, Ms. Tuttle was employed in the accounting department of a real estate development firm. Ms. Tuttle is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a B.A. in Business Administration, majoring in computer information systems.
