Ms. Carroll is the Head of Client Operations and Director of Client Relations for Investment Performance Services. She is responsible for the management and supervision of both the Client Relations Department and the Performance Department. Ms. Carroll’s oversight responsibilities include the coordination of asset transfers, investment policy design and implementation, manager search activity, performance reporting, and manager compliance monitoring. She is a member of the IPS Management Committee, which establishes and executes IPS’ strategic business initiatives.

Prior to joining IPS in 2006, Ms. Carroll was an Assistant Vice President in the Taft-Hartley Group of Alliance Bernstein, L.P. During her time at Alliance Bernstein, Ms. Carroll worked exclusively with multi-employer benefit funds and was primarily responsible for client servicing.

Ms. Carroll earned a B.S. in finance in 2000 from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
