Ms. Mink is the President of Investment Performance Services and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment consulting practice.
She serves on the Investment Committee of IPS helping to formulate strategic policy for the firm and is a member of the IPS Management Committee, which establishes and executes IPS’ strategic business initiatives. Responsible for client relationships and marketing efforts throughout the country, Ms. Mink works on all aspects of client funds including investment policy formulation, asset allocation strategies, performance monitoring, and manager searches. She specializes in hedge fund research and manager due diligence and was a contributing author regarding hedge fund investing in the Investment Policy Guidebook for Trustees (Fifth Edition) published by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Inc. Committed to Trustee education, Ms. Mink has written articles published in Benefits Magazine regarding fiduciary responsibility, asset allocation, rebalancing, market timing, performance evaluation, and investment manager oversight. She serves as a Board Advisor to the National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS) and is a frequent speaker at educational conferences.
A native of Philadelphia, PA, Jennifer grew up in a family of building tradesmen, firefighters, and police officers. Prior to joining IPS in 2003, she was with the consulting division of Wachovia Securities where she worked exclusively with Taft-Hartley benefit funds. Ms. Mink began her career at AXA Advisors, LLC providing investment services to individuals, businesses, and labor unions. In addition, she also conducted comprehensive retirement planning seminars specifically tailored to the Taft-Hartley marketplace.
Ms. Mink earned her B.S. from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Rider University. She is an avid runner who has completed the NYC Marathon and the Boston Marathon.
