Mark Miller

Mr. Miller is the Director of Defined Contribution Plans at Investment Performance Services, LLC, where he leads the development, design, and oversight of the firm’s participant-directed retirement plans. Leveraging industry best practices, he advises on all aspects of plan design, including investment policy development, asset allocation, investment menu construction, performance monitoring, and recordkeeper due diligence and selection.

Prior to joining Investment Performance Services, Mr. Miller was a Retirement Plan Consultant at One Digital, responsible for growing and maintaining institutional retirement client relationships. Prior to that, he held a number of positions at The Vanguard Group including roles in investments, institutional sales, recordkeeping, and client and consultant relations.

Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
